✨ All of The Islanders items start with her, either finding fabrics, designing the shapes and sizing or hand designing prints, all inspired by her travels and love of fun colours and prints. They’re then brought to life by talented makers across the world—some pieces are made on the Isle of Wight, some across the UK, others in Sri Lanka, and her bags are mostly handcrafted by a small family-run workshop in India of people she has met on her travels.
The fabrics for the bags are mostly hand-printed, which means every piece is unique—sometimes with little imperfections or ink marks that make them all the more special.
