Postage, Returns & Refunds

Postage

Our delivery costs for Mainland UK are as follows:
 
Standard Delivery all UK orders - 
FREE on orders over £100 (48 hour tracked service with Royal Mail) 
£4.75 on orders under £100 (48 hour tracked service with Royal Mail) 
 
Tracking:
Delivery is fully trackable - we give Royal Mail your email address and/or mobile number so they will send you updates direct, once your parcel has left the hands of our superb packing team. 
 
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. 
 
 
Returns 

We obviously hope that you are over the moon with your purchase, but we do understand that there may be an occasion where you need to return all or part of your order. You can return most items to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please note that some goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Earrings- non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty
  • Skincare & bodycare items - if the product has been used or the seal has been broken they are non-refundable
  • Gift vouchers 

Items must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable.

If you need to return an item, please download our Returns form here. Print and fill out the form, then package the item up and send it back to us, to the address on the returns form. We recommend a signed for delivery service with proof of postage.

Sale items must be returned within 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns that fall outside of these conditions, unless the circumstance is exceptional in which case a credit note will be offered.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed. We process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 30 days.
